A 'High Pressure' cushion is generally used by people who sit in a wheelchair all day. They are often over $500, but are well worth it for the part that they play in alleviating pressure. A high-relief cushion comes in all shapes and sizes and is the absolute best thing someone with pressure sores can sit on.
