Please read the Mobility Shop's delivery policy before ordering products from our company:
The Mobility Shop aims to have your products delivered within 7 working days. There are some instances (remote locations, custom built items, products that require configuration etc.) where your item may take longer to dispatch. Where possible we will inform you pre-purchasing to this delay so that you are not kept wondering about your products. Some of our items have an express post facility; this service is generally restricted to small items that are required urgently (CPAP masks and machines). Mobility Shop is at the mercy of Australia Post- they guarantee over-night service, thus we do the same. However if there is a delay in your shipment please remember that it may be the courier, not us.
We process our orders at 4:00pm GMT+10 (Sydney time). This means that if we have your order BEFORE this time, we will then order that item from our supplier to you the same day. Orders 4:01pm and later will be processed the following day.
At this point in time the Mobility Shop does not, as a rule, extend it's services outside Australia. However, we will try and assist international customers as best we can. In the event that we manager to send goods to a customer overseas, the Mobility Shop will always use a traceable shipping method. FREE SHIPPING DOES NOT APPLY TO INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the goods are legal in their country (CPAP, TENS etc.) and Mobility Shop's returns policy becomes void for all international purchases. Finally, all warranty is STRICTLY back to base at the customers expense (both ways) and may be tested more stringently due to extraneous international country factors.
Please read the following points for further clarification.
- The Mobility Shop endeavors to dispatch your products as fast as possible. To ensure maximum speed we may send your goods direct from the supplier. The Mobility Shop cannot guarantee that the supplier will ship said products immediately, but will do everything in its power to get your products to you as soon as possible
- We also have a Sydney-based warehouse that keeps many of our product range therein. If your product is currently located in that warehouse it will be dispatched ASAP from that location. If you have multiple orders from different companies there may be a delay while we consolidate all the products to one location.
