Electrical equipment doesn't last forever- scooter chargers will give years of faithful service but, one day, will eventually wear out. When it comes to replacing this charger you need to make sure it is both a good quality, Australian-standards approved machine AND the right output for your machine. Some scooters might use 10amp batteries, other can hold as high as 80amp batteries- obviously this difference needs to be addressed by using a bigger\smaller charger to suit the job.
