Just like a car, electric scooter tyres need to be replaced too. Their life depends on many factors: the quality of the tyre, where you are using it, how often you ride, tyre pressure and other variables. There are a huge number of different sizes and styles depending on the build of your scooter- small scooters require a smaller tyre (200x50, 2.80x2.50-4 etc) whereas a larger outdoor machine may need something quite big (3:00-8). Please read the side-wall of your existing tyre before you attempt to buy a replacement and remember that most scooters have a split-rim system! This means you MUST deflate the existing tyre before removing the rim bolts... or you might end up knocking some of your teeth out!
