• Certain products available for sale on this website require a copy of a valid Doctor's prescription to faxed or emailed to management before  processing of the order. We reserve the right to withhold the products if you do not comply with this requirement. Mobility Shop is required by law to file a copy your prescription for a period of up to seven years.
• Colours of certain products may vary from photographs shown. The Mobility Shop will do its best to post pictures of items in their true colours, but in some circumstances this is impossible. Mobility Shop reserves the right to list these different coloured photographs and inform the customer at its discretion.
• If you submit your details by using the "Join Our Mailing List" feature, the Mobility Shop may contact you by email periodically. Please note that Mobility Shop respects your privacy and will not pass your details on to any other company.
